Our History

A few of our key dates so far.

  • November 1991

Open for business! Questmark begin operating from New Zealand.

  • October 2010

Questmark win Video Conferencing Project of the Year, at the AV Awards, for our pioneering telemedicine project with Belfast Children’s Hospital.

  • JUNE 2018

Questmark win the Collaboration with the NHS award from Medilink for our work with the Clark Clinic, as well as Employer of the Year with Derby Telegraph.

Over the years we’ve worked with a variety of organisations. Below are a few quotes from some of our customers:

  • “In selecting clinical videoconferencing it is important to find a reliable supplier as this critical application is not about providing boxes. Integrating the systems into a usable installation that meets the strict requirements of a clinical application is vital. Questmark have done this as well as providing on-going support and ensuring all those involved in the Service are properly trained. There is no doubt that clinical videoconferencing is making a major contribution to delivering a neurology service throughout Northern Ireland. Since its introduction we have dealt with around 1000 acute admissions, seen 800 people with epilepsy, 500 outpatients and 100 review patients.’

Dr. Victor Patterson, Northern Ireland Teleneurological Service

  • ‘Having Visconn in our offices has not only helped us save costs, but has also meant we can better implement our core values within our teams. We still use our Skype for Business setup, but having the ability to connect to others that don’t have the service or that are working remotely means our operations can continue to grow, without wondering if it’s having adverse affects on what we do as a charity. We use Visconn almost daily, and the amount of time and costs it has saved us as an organisation is brilliant!’

Lloyd Adams Head of Security and Innovation

  • ‘Once we discovered Visconn would allow us to utilise our Skype for Business product to reduce lost fee earner time in travel, we needed to test the concept. The Questmark team handled the setting up of the virtual meeting rooms, the test calling and even wrote the bespoke guidance documentation to be issued to our staff. Once set up, the client support team managed a transition to allow us to become self sufficient while maintaining a close enough link that we felt supported.’
