Security Governance at Questmark

Questmark’s security and governance is built around our ISO27001:2013 Certification. Our accreditation covers all aspects of our business, and is the foundation for Information Governance within Questmark.

Background Checks and Security Training

All staff who become part of the Questmark team must undertake background checks as part of their on-boarding process. Our staff also undergo other relevant checks in line with their job roles, including BPSS and others where required. This is fully monitored and managed via Questmark’s Information Security Management System.

System Changes and Updates

All changes and updates to our platform are managed through our change control process. If there is a requirement for a major service update, you will be informed at least 10 working days prior, with all changes being tested before implementation. Our service is committed to a minimum of 99.9% uptime.

Business Continuity

Our services are located within top tier data centers in the United Kingdom, ensuring your data stays here and secure. We have fully tested and audited Business Continuity Plans and audit our key suppliers who support parts of our service and solutions to ensure continuity of services.

Vulnerability Testing

Questmark deploy a variety of tools to ensure that all servers and applications are on the latest and most secure versions of the available operating system. We deploy a variety of techniques and utilise third party specialists to undertake pen testing and vulnerability testing of the systems and services supplied by Questmark.
